 Specification for flooring
Before floor paving, the paving method, paving requirements, construction period and acceptance criteria should be explained to users and approved.
4.1.2 Requires that the floor should be flat. The floor flatness can be measured with a ruler. The maximum clearance between the ruler and the ground should be less than 4 mm.
4.1.3 Floor paving shall be completed after the completion of the ground concealment works, indoor wall works, hanging shed works and Hydropower projects.
4.1.4 Water content of cement floor should be less than 15%, otherwise moisture-proof treatment should be carried out.
4.1.5 Ground Foundation Strength and Thickness shall be in conformity with Housing Acceptance Regulations
4.1.6 It is strictly forbidden to use materials that exceed the limits of mandatory national standards.
2 acceptance of floor products
A. Users should check that the floor signs purchased are identical to the physical ones.
B. Users should confirm that the number of floors purchased is the same.

E. Usually, the floor paving loss is less than 5%, that is, the paving area of 100 square meters requires 105 square meters of floor; if the indoor room is small and the number is large, the possible loss should be increased appropriately; after the special paving requirements are determined by both sides through consultation, the implementation will be carried out.
 
Paving requirements
4.4.1 Pre-paving preparation
A. First of all, the water content of cement ground should be observed, generally less than 15%. Wetland construction is strictly prohibited, and the leakage of water sources (heating and ventilation, kitchen or toilet connection) to the ground should be prevented.
B. Require users to indicate the direction of pipes and lines laid in the house for construction purposes.
C. Make a reasonable plan according to the current situation of the user's room, and obtain the consent of the user. Consult with the user in time for the special paving environment, and adopt a reasonable plan. 
D. Measuring and calculating the amount of floor, kick line, bridge crossing and other necessary auxiliary materials; if you need to play keel, you should communicate with the user in advance and calculate the required amount.
E. Finally, users should be required to thoroughly clean the ground to ensure that there is no floating soil, no obvious protrusions and construction waste on the ground.
 
4.4.2 Floor Paving Scheme Selection
A. Floor is suitable for suspension pavement because of its large size.
B. When the floor size is small or the solid wood floor block is suitable for wooden keel pavement.
4.4.3 Floor Suspension Paving Construction

4.4.3 Floor Suspension Paving Construction
A. first of all, the foam cushion (general thickness of more than 2mm) is butted and laid at the interface. The interface is firmly adhered with plastic tape.
B. The direction of the paving floor is usually the same as that of the room, or it is laid in the direction of sunshine; the groove side to the wall, the floor and the wall are placed in isolation pads, leaving enough space between the expansion joints for 8-12 mm, in dry areas, the expansion joints should be small, and in wet areas should be large; at the same time, attention should be paid to the stretching line inspection of the floor. Flatness, and check at any time to correct deviation in time; generally, 2-3 rows laid on the edge should be fixed with a small amount of environmental protection patchwork glue, the rest of the middle part is completely matched by mortise and groove, without sizing.
C. The last row of floors should be cut by measuring its width, glued and tightly spliced with hooks or spiral roofs, and the expansion joints along the walls should be uniform and not less than the specified requirements.
 
4.4.4 Interface Overbridge Installation
A. In the interface connection between rooms, halls and halls, the floor must be partitioned, leaving enough expansion joints, and connecting with receptacles and metal bridges.
B. The advantage of such paving is to reduce floor consumption, make the floor paving compact, not easy to deform and easy to maintain.
C. The distance between the door and the floor should be 3-5 mm, so that the door can open and close freely.
 
4.4.5 Kicking Line Installation
A. The thickness of the choosing kick line should be greater than 1-3 mm of floor expansion joint. Our company's kick line thickness is: 12mm, 15mm.
B. Elastomers can be used to fill in the reserved expansion joints between the floor and the wall to prevent the floor from loosening when trampling.
C. Installation of the kick line must cover the expansion joints. It is expected that the uneven cracks on the base of the wall will occur, which can be solved by the users by inviting decorative wall workers to mend the joints.
Paving Method of Geothermal Floor
 
4.5.1 Heat Sources for Ground Heating
A. Cycle series heat source: medium is hydrothermal, oil thermal and gas thermal.
B. Non-circulating series of heat sources: film heating and wire heating.
At present, the geothermal floor of our company is not suitable for the condition of non-circulating series heat source, so remember not to lay it.
 
4.5.2 Pre-laying Requirements
A Check whether the ground is solid, dry, flat and clean. Measure the moisture content of the ground less than 15% if necessary.
B Must carry out geothermal heating, water supply or gas system test, water intake temperature should be controlled at 55 C, ensure the normal operation of heating system, and heat preservation for more than 12 hours to confirm that there is no water temperature and pipeline seepage phenomenon before construction; otherwise, the company will not be responsible for all the consequences arising therefrom.
C Before laying, if geothermal heating test cannot be carried out, construction shall not be carried out in principle, otherwise, the entrusted construction party shall be responsible for it.
D The floor is not allowed to use electric hammer, in order to avoid damaging the heat sink coil.
E During construction, the floor should be stored in the construction room for more than 24 hours in advance to adapt to the change of temperature difference.
 
4.5.3 Suspension Paving Method
A The key points of suspension paving method are the same as 4.1.4c floor suspension paving construction, which will not be repeated here.
B. Installation of bridge crossing, kick line and so on are also the same as the contents of the preceding chapter.
